Five months ago Shannon and I got word that the stork was scheduled to pay us a visit this upcoming May 9th. That's right we're having a baby and a BOY at that. He'll be a Flyer grad in 2026! Not sure exactly what or if I'll be updating eSchulte's main page that often but I do know I will be adding pictures to the picture section. So check back often to see what's going on with the Schulte's Take care, Mark

On Thursday May 6th Shannon called me at the office around 3pm. She told me not to go golfing and to head on home... our baby was on his way. I was home by 3:30 and we were at St. John's Hospital by 5:30pm. By 6:30pm we were checked into our Labor and Delivery Suite. At 1:48am cst Shannon gave birth to MILES JOSEPH SCHULTE. Miles weighted 7 lbs 13 oz and was 20 3/4 inches long. He had brown hair and dark eyes. If you click on the picture of me painting Miles' room that will link you my Yahoo! Photos page. Scroll towards the bottom to see pictures of Miles on his BIRTHDAY [album name '2004-05-07 Miles Joseph']. I will be adding pictures to the picture section. This was Lucy's 1st Halloween and Miles 1st one where he really knew what was going on. I took Miles around the neighborhood for about a half hour. By the end he was telling me, "Daddy, legs tired." I picked him up and put him on my sholders and we headed back home for some 'candy testing'. Good times... the holidays are really getting fun now that the kids are starting to know what's going on. Till next time, enjoy!

Miles & Lucy got to visit with Santa today. Lucy couldn't get enough of the jolly 'ol fellow & Miles could barly look him in the face he was so excited. Click Here >>

Shannon was able to pick up this Bell bike trailer off of Craigslist for $30 last week. I dusted off my old Schwinn, slapped on the biker shorts and hit the road with Miles in the trailer. Maybe this trailer will help motivate me to get in shape this spring. Boy do I need a tan ;-) Click on the title to see the album.

Miles and Mark are on an 'adventure' at the Wayham Farm. We can thank Shannon for these great pix.

Grampa Denny got Miles a fishing pole for his birthday... I'll be very impressed if it makes it one week without breaking ;-) He's gonna love this pole... not too sure about the fish though.

Lucy and Miles are enjoying a nice warm spring day playing in the sprinkler. I'm sure there will be many more to come.

Introducing Miles Schulte; the new poster boy for ESPN Better Batter™ Baseball. What more could a 3 year old want for his birthday!!!

The Schulte crew enjoyed an evening at the ball park tonight. Shannon and Mark's alma mater was in town playing St. Louis University. They had a great time catching up with Coach V and company.

The beginnings of a beautiful partnership. Miles on the trimmer and Lucy on the mower... Dad's trained them well. Grandpa would be proud. Now all we need is a leaf blower... hint hint.

Miles & Lucy's playgroup visited the Museum of Transportation. Miles has a pink golf shirt on. *Click the title "Miles on TV" above to watch the clip.

Grandpa Denny & Grandma Jean let us try out their new kayaks today... what a blast!
