General Election Results

I received over 76,366 votes on November 7, 2006 but lost our race for the Circuit Court Division 6 race 45% to 55% to the incumbent. We will forever remember the many new friends we have made and the wonderful experiences we have had over this last year. I deeply thank all of those who supported our campaign, worked as volunteers in our campaign and voted for me, and most importantly to my wife and family for their daily support. I recently purchased a print by an anonymous author which bears the inscription "When the day is over and you have done your best wait the results in peace." We are at peace tonight and I wish Marty McDonald the very best as he continues to serve as Circuit Court Judge. Bob Silverthorn
